Today we’d like to introduce you to Gal Tzhayek.

It’s an honor to speak with you today. Why don’t you give us some details about you and your story. How did you get to where you are today?

As a teenager I always seemed to notice little ways to make things more efficient, just about everywhere. Finding ways to make school more efficient was incredibly easy, and also, around the house, and in businesses I visited as a consumer.

I decided I wanted to be a consultant, and funny enough I thought a prerequisite was a masters degree from a major university. fortunately however, I also thought no one would listen to me before I get to a certain age — so I went a head and started a business, you know, for the meanwhile.

Today I own several 7–8 figure businesses, I love the dynamics and the people involved in small businesses as well as the ability to create amazing growth in relatively short periods of time. The one thing I’m proud the most about is implementing a stress-less mindset in every business I get involved in — which is for many people the opposite of what they associate with running a business.

This mindset wasn’t something I had since I just started my first business, It’s something I decided I will never settle about after paying the price of extreme stress first hand. I had migraines, back pain, I lost connection with friends and family members and I was miserable inside the business I, myself, started — so I said “no more” and developed methods that will help me manage businesses stress free.

I’m sure your success has not come easily. What challenges have you had to overcome along the way?

When you put trust as a core principle, there will obviously be people who will exploit it. When you are very positive, optimistic and do your best to empower the people around you, some times people will lose it.

over the years I learned to incorporate these principles the right way, many times thanks to great advice that regardless of it’s price always in the end proved it self to be cheaper than the alternative of learning the hard way. Unfortunately I took that way too many times.

I figured that you do not have to stop trusting people and become a micromanaging freak to run a business, and you do not have to stop empowering people to make them improve. I had to change my self, I had to fight my own insecurities, my own doubts and fear — and I still have to do it, every day.

Let’s talk about the work you do. What do you specialize in and why should someone work with you over the competition?

My vision is to empower people to work, create amazing projects, and great businesses — from a place of purpose. giving them the tools and concepts I’ve learned and developed over the years so that they will become powerful and positive leaders in their worlds.

My main work is around actively investing in small businesses, finding promising businesses, run by great people, and that also have great potential to do good in the world and offer them help and resources to grow and expend beyond what they thought was possible while staying true to their values.

Another way of delivering this value to businesses is teaching, and consulting. I consult and coach high level executives and entrepreneurs, as well as offer these teachings in courses and seminars for smaller businesses.

What’s your best piece of advice for readers who desire to find success in their life?

My best advice to people who seek true success is to keep things simple, remembering to stay true to yourself, your vision and your values. your business is a tool designed to serve you and your vision — if it doesn’t do that, or worse. if it enslaves you and traps you away from following your path, it’s not worth it. There were several times I told myself and the teams I work with that we are not going after a certain path even when it seemed like its the only way to gurantee the survival of the business. I said: “If it cannot survive without it, it’s not worth it.”

Speaking of success, what does the word mean to you?

It’s simple, for me, success is living life of purpose, creating a lot of something you believe is highly valuable.

What’s next for you?

For me the next big thing will be to organize all of what I teach for years in a great book.

Finally, how can people connect with you if they want to learn more.
